Amazing Fluffy Cupcakes

These cupcakes start with a store bought cake mix and add to it to make the fluffiest cupcakes you have ever made. So easy and delicious! You can use any kind of cake mix you like just add a matching flavour of pudding powder and get creative with icing and toppings! The ones pictured here are topped with whipped buttercream icing, Oreo cookie crumbs and mini chips ahoy cookies.

Main Ingredients

1 pkg cake mix

1 pkg jello powder

4 Eggs 

3/4 cup water

2/3 cup oil

Preparation

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 2: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 3: With electric mixer, mix for 2 minutes. Stopping to scrape the bowl several times.

Step 4: Line a muffin pan with paper liners.

Step 5: Fill each cup 2/3 full with batter.

Step 6: Bake for 20 minutes.
