Salmon Puff Casserole

Here's a super easy casserole to throw in the oven when you are short on time! It has a texture like quiche but with no crust on the bottom. We are loving salmon these days! SO much you can do with a can of salmon. If you are feeding more than 4 people you will want to double this recipe. Serve with a garden salad.

Main Ingredients

5 Eggs 

1/2 cup milk

1 can mushroom soup

1 can salmon

2 cups soft bread cubes

1 tbsp basil

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp salt

 

Preparation

Step 1: Preheat Oven to 350F.

Step 2: Combine eggs, milk, soup and spices in a bowl.

Step 3: Flake canned salmon and add to mix.

Step 4: Grease a casserole dish and pour the mixture in.

Step 5: Place bread cubes evenly over top casserole. Gently press into liquid with a spoon.

Step 6: Bake for 40-50 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese if desired and bake another 10 minutes.
