What could be more exciting than a candy pizza? Not much I tell you! And it tastes as amazing as it looks. This dessert has a soft cookie crust and is piled with chocolate and candies. You can be creative with it and add your favourite candies or make it just the way I did. Either way its sure to please. It's great for birthday parties, potlucks, or any social gathering...especially if kids are going to be there. It's very simple to make...and did I mention delicious?

Heres what you will need:

  • butter or hard marg
  • brown sugar
  • vanilla
  • one large egg
  • chocolate chips
  • miniature marshmallows
  • can of sweetened condensed milk
  • Smarties or M and M's
  1. Preheat Oven to 350F
  2. In a small bowl soften 1/2 cup butter in the microwave. You don't want to melt it just soften it. In a medium sized bowl blend butter with 3/4 cup brown sugar, one egg and a splash of vanilla.
  3. Add 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour. Mix well until a smooth dough forms.

  4. Press dough into greased 12 inch round pizza pan. Gently pat your hands with flour and press the crust until it covers the bottom of the pan. Using just your fingers press and indent all the way around the pan to form the crust.

 

  5. Sprinkle 1 cup of chocolate chips evenly over the crust. Repeat with mini marshmallows.

  6. Pour can of condensed milk evenly over the entire surface of the pizza.
